Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
